  My friend and I go here about once every couple weeks to see if there’s anything new for our apartment. They have these amazing cookies that you can take and eat as you please along with water, HOWEVER, one of the workers, she is older and has short brownish hair, had the nerve to critize how my friend and I take and eat ONE cookie whenever we come. We feel attacked and will never go back to Jerome’s at the crossings again, we request that she understands and is told that it is rude to critique eating ONE cookie as we please to. Horrible place to go, worst visits ever.

  As soon as we walked in Leslie Frost asked if we needed any help. We said we were just browsing, killing time. She said no problem, if you have any questions, to just let her know. She was great....no pressure, not pushy, I love that. As soon as we saw something we like I looked for her to ask. We ended up buying a table and chairs for the kitchen. I was wanting a layaway plan and Leslie said, no problem, let's get you in our system. Done! Not hassle great experience. Thank you !!
