- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★July 07, 2019, by Theresa WI bought an expensive Minka Lavery chandelier secondhand, and the day after I brought it home, my rambunctious infant daughter dropped one of the glass shades and broke it. I contacted ML customer service to see if I could purchase a replacement, and they sent me one for free! I was astonished. I will definitely be seeking out Minka Lavery for my lighting needs in the future!
