  We were not even planning on going in to Pacific Sales due to the fact that we have never received any amount of customer service or even a warm greeting for that matter. Upon arriving at the Corona location, out preconceived notion was completely changed. We walked through the door and were immediately greeted and were invited to look around. Within a short amount of time we were approached by Josh, who showed genuine concern into our needs. He went out of his way to answer every one of our questions thoroughly and professionally. Josh gave us plenty of information to make a sound decision based on our needs, wants and budget. His personality and charm showed through every step of the way. He was extraordinarily patient with us and did not once pressure us. Josh truly earned out business and our gratitude. Coming from a commission sales background, we know what it is like to be on both sides of the sale. We had shopped multiple appliance stores prior to making this decision. This is the first sales person that could actually make us feel comfortable with our purchase. Thank you Josh and the Corona team!!!!!
